Welcome to Lordship South Tenant Management Organisation (TMO).
LSTMO is set up and governed in line with the Right to Manage Legislation. We have a legally binding contract with Hackney Council; a Modular Management Agreement (MMA) which sets out our role and responsibilities as well as the Council’s role and responsibilities. We manage 268 properties of which 78 are leasehold or freehold properties. We celebrated 15 years of operation in 2017. The TMO was founded by a group of residents. Lordship South Estate is managed by its residents.
